Its fully jacketed rim only further serves to preserve the FTX’s ability to deliver terminal expansion within its target, as it prevents deformation until the bullet begins penetrating soft tissue.

Nickel-plated brass cases excel at resisting corrosion. They generate relatively less friction as they feed into and extract from a semi-auto, and they’re also easier to see in a handgun’s dark chamber.
