This cartridge features an open tip bullet, which is designed to shoot clean and fly accurately. The open tip’s jacket fully encapsulates its flat base, which will prevent a small and hot explosion from vaporizing lead off of the bullet’s lead core. The open tip’s core conforms precisely to the inside of its concentric jacket. Together these components both enhance the bullet’s rotational stability. (Please note that the open tip’s nose cavity is only cosmetic and will not produce terminal expansion!)

This cartridge’s reloadable brass case houses a standard charge of smokeless propellant. It’s going to deliver enough juice to fully cycle a semi-auto – the round’s subsonic muzzle velocity and resultant lower report are both the product of its heavyweight 200 grain bullet.
