Winchester Ammunition 125 Grain Polymer Tipped Ammo Details

When it comes to feeding your family and maybe even a few neighbors, you can trust these Deer Season XP loads from Winchester to get the job done. These 6.5mm Creedmoor cartridges are tailored for long distance hunting and are built using Winchester's own non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass casings. Each round is armed with Winchester's Extreme Point bullet that is impossible to miss with its enlarged polymer windshield.

The polymer tip resists drag on the way to the target and dependably initiates expansion during entry into a deer. The 125-grain projectile's expansion will be contained by its ribbed cannelure in order to ensure that enough momentum is maintained to penetrate past thick protective layers of bone and gristle. In effect, the round will slow itself and transfer its energy to vital organs while achieving a clean, humane drop. Winchester is one of the leading brands in the United States and has been responsible for the creation of calibers and firearms designs that have been used around the globe for well over a century.

The brass appears to be reloads, it is very dull and pitted. Very surprising considering that it appears to be in a factory Winchester case.
