20rds – 308 Win Federal Fusion 150gr. SP Ammo
Federal Ammunition 150 Grain Fusion Ammo Details
Federal’s Fusion line of ammunition is created for one thing and one thing only: dropping deer. This 308 Win cartridge’s 150 grain projectile has a pressure formed lead core. Its molecularly fused copper jacket is highly uniform in dimensions to give the Fusion bullet exceptional rotational stability, and furthermore avoids separation to ensure it can penetrate to the depth needed to hit a lung or heart. The Fusion bullet’s soft point is skived, programing it for rapid and deadly expansion and tremendous energy transfer. You can better count on this bullet to make it to its target thanks to its boat tail, which increases its ballistic coefficient for a flatter trajectory and less susceptibility to wind drift. This round’s brand new brass casing holds a standardized propellant charge. Along with its sensitive Boxer primer you can count on it to produce a consistent chamber pressure and muzzle velocity, allowing you to make your shot every time. It’s a very big package for a relatively small price, just the thing any deer hunter likes to see.

I am still going through numerous ammo to test in my Remington 700, but so far this Federal Fusion ammo has been the most consistently accurate and very good for the price. I have only stuck to 150 grain thus far.

This is the best hunting ammo you can buy I've used fusion in .308-150, 30/06-180 and .243-95 not one deer has taken a step after being hit by any of the 3 calibers I've tried and it shoots more accurately then ammo 3 times its price I've shot 7 bucks and 5 does with it awesome ammo.
