This is 38 Special Winchester W Train and Defend 130gr. Jacketed Hollow Point Ammo. The W Train & Defend Ammunition System is a straight-forward solution for new shooters interested in training to become more proficient with their personal defense ammunition. This ballistically-matched ammunition pairs range-ready TRAIN [T] rounds with threat-stopping technology-driven DEFEND [D] rounds, each designed for less recoil. This particular load is from the DEFEND round series with a JHP projectile with the stopping power you need to stave off an attack on your life. This ammo is brass cased, nickel coated, boxer primed, non-magnetic and non-corrosive. This ammo comes packaged 20rds to a box. Muzzle Velocity: 900 FPS.

Gel test Results
We tested this Winchester Ammunition 38 Special ammo by firing five rounds with a S&W 640 with a -inch barrel into calibrated Clear Ballistics gelatin. Of those five rounds, we discovered the ammo penetrated an average of 20.28-inches into the gelatin. Our test rounds ended the test with an average expanded diameter of 0.38-inches, retaining 99% of the projectile's original weight.
