Love it! Friend recommended this round after shooting two big boars that ran off in the woods wounded and I never found when using PPU 150 gr. Switched over to brown bear and shot a sow (dropped instantly) just behind the right ear and it left a softball size hole in the top left shoulder.

Nothin works better in a Russian Nagant than a Russian round. Never a missfire with Brown Bear 7.62x 54r.

I have used this ammo for about 5 years now, on Texas deer. This ammo is very accurate and this SP really knocks them at point, or they take only handful of steps. You will not have to track them with this ammo, never.

I have harvested countless white tail deer with this round cleanly with this ammo. If it is a good hit they usually fall on the spot. If they don't fall right away, they only make it about 20 yards before giving up the ghost.

Dropped a 255lb pig at measured 425yds, hit hard, ran 20 yards, then fell over. With iron sights!!

Went pig hunting this last weekend with a friend who had been having trouble with them lately on his ranch in the hill country of TX and with the nasty wet weather I figured it would be a good test run for my 91/30 and this is the round I decided to load. I took a 257lbs pig at roughly 45 yds with open sights and this round busted him up good. Shot him just behind the shoulder and he ran a few yards stopped and just slumped over. This is one mean round and it surprised my friend who had laughed when he saw my mosin earlier. Guess who wants to buy a 91/30 now?!
