Remington Ammunition 40 Grain Lead Round Nose (LRN) Ammo Details

Perfect for high-volume plinking, target shooting, and small game hunting, this package contains 500 rounds of Remington Thunderbolt High Velocity .22 Long Rifle ammunition. Remington is one of the most-recognized names in the shooting world and a leader in rimfire technology. Each of these factory fresh cartridges is loaded with a 40 grain lead round nose (LRN) projectile. These bullets are lubed to reduce barrel-fouling, allowing you to spend more time shooting and less time cleaning your firearm.

Each round produces a consistent muzzle velocity of 1255 and a muzzle energy of 140 foot pounds. This ammunition is 100 percent non-corrosive and features high-quality brass cases.

Many years of using this ammo and never had a misfire or ejection jam in my 10-22.

Feeds perfectly in 10/22 with 25 round magazines. Near 0 failure to feed or fire.

After many clips through a Henry survival rifle, which is notorious for jams with other ammo brands, the hi-velocity did not hang up or miss. Federal, not so much. Get the round nose for this gun.

Ran through a couple hundred rounds of these with an M&P 15-22. No misfires, the ammo fed well, no jams, pretty good accuracy. No complaints, I will buy more.
