We like CCI very much. If you’ve got a 22 that jams a lot, running CCI’s Maxi-Mag ammo through it can be all it takes to stop the problem. We can’t promise that this particular round will “fix” your firearm -- but it will certainly take care of varmints.This 22 WMR round features a 40 grain jacketed hollow point. For a good balance of deep penetration and fast expansion, fewer bullets will serve you better in this caliber. Out of a rifle this round has a 1,875 fps muzzle velocity, and out of a six inch revolver barrel it’s still 1,400 fps. You’re going to get the flat trajectory that makes firing 22 WMR fun no matter how you prefer to shoot.

Gel test Results

CCI always works in my S&W 648 revolver. Never had any kind of failure. 3 other brands tested, and each had at least 3 failure to fire out of 50 round box. CCI definitely has the best primer out there....and very accurate.
