It would have been enough if Italy had only invented lasagna and the piano. But the country also generously provided us with Fiocchi – a family-owned business that has produced fine munitions since the middle of the 19th century. This is Fiocchi’s standard 223 Rem range ammo, which is perfect for any situation in which you’d aim an AR at an inanimate object!

This cartridge has a 55 grain full metal jacket boat tail bullet and 3,240 fps muzzle velocity. That is the most popular bullet and the most common muzzle velocity for the 223 Rem, and you truly can’t go wrong with them. Fiocchi’s FMJBT contains zero steel, so there’s no need to worry about how this ammo would react in the presence of a magnet. The bullet’s sharp nose, concentric jacket and low-drag tapered base all exist in the service of accuracy, and its cannelure will keep it securely planted in the case mouth until the moment of ignition.

Fiocchi only loads centerfire ammunition with virgin brass cases, noncorrosive Boxer primers and clean-burning powder. This ammo is reloadable. It is also American-made thanks to Fiocchi’s own factory in Ozark, MO!

No FTF, FTE, Jams or any other problems. Shoots to same point of aim out of my 16" AR as Winchester 55gr. white box and Hornady 55gr. V-max. Nice to have three brands of ammo that shoots to same point of aim without adjusting sights or scope!!!!!
