These are good for seeing where you are accuracy wise with your new .44Mag/Special... They are also very comfortable to shoot when getting someone new to wheel guns, especially with say a S&W 629. The recoil is comparable to that of a full sized 9mm auto and accuracy out to 50 yards is very, very good. My daughter will learn to shoot with this load very soon. And the muzzle crack is very low and friendly as well. I'm buying at least another 150 rounds of these for me and to teach new shooters. They are good to have on hand!

This is good, clean, reliable and accurate practice ammo in my 44 Special and 44 Magnum revolvers, and it is nearly silent from my suppressed 44 Magnum carbine. There is no sonic crack at this low velocity even with the flat-nosed bullets.

I use these in my 44mag mares leg. It is designed for 44mag but for me is uncontrollable due to the odd length of the mares leg and the innate recoil of the 44mag round.
I decided to try the 44spec and chose the Winchester X and fell in love with the ammo.
It burns clean and the felt recoil is soooo much better. I now think of my mares leg as a usable weapon instead of just a wall furnishing. Very pleased with the round.
