This cartridge features a 250 grain total metal jacket (aka total metal case) bullet. It has the flat nose profile a long gun’s magazine requires. More importantly, the TMJ has a copper-alloy jacket that fully shields the base of its lead core. That won’t just prevent hot ignition from searing off lead and depositing it in your rifling’s grooves and lands. It will also save you from having to inhale gasified toxic lead!

This American-made ammunition’s brass cases are reloadable and outfitted with noncorrosive Boxer primers. Its Hyperclean Technology propellant promotes even cleaner performance by minimizing the amount of residue it produces during ignition.
