This range-ready 6.5mm Grendel AR upper receiver comes complete with a bolt carrier group, ejection port cover, and charging handle! These barreled receivers are manufactured by Wolf, an American company that is well-known for their Russian and Taiwanese import ammunition. Each forged receiver is made up of the industry standard 7075 T-6 aluminum and features a M4-style Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) rail up top for sights and optics. The receiver comes with a standard collar and delta ring assembly which secures skinny style handguards over a 16-inch barrel. The bolt face depth for this upper is .135/.136"



The barrel itself is within legal limits with or without its A2 flash hider which may be replaced with any standard 1/2x28 pitch device for flash mitigation or suppressor use. A 1 in 8 twist rate provides shooters with solid, pinpoint accuracy and dependable spin-stability with any standard weight projectile common to the 6.5mm Grendel caliber. The railed gas block ensures an unobstructed view with conventional scopes while maintaining the ability to add iron sights if desired. Installation is easy as the upper simply needs to be pinned into any complete AR-15 lower receiver and used with 6.5mm Grendel compatible magazines.
