Winchester Supreme Elite PDX1 features 3 pellets of Grex buffered 00 plated buckshot nested on top of a one-ounce rifled slug. Leaving the muzzle at a velocity of 1150 feet per second, the slug/buckshot combination optimizes performance at all ranges. This design also compensates for aiming errors often caused by the high-stress adrenaline surge associated with home invasion or other self-defense situations.
