Federal Ammunition 62 Grain Fusion Ammo Details
Federal’s Fusion was the first line of ammo designed specifically for hunting deer. If you’re after something on hooves (within reason), then this 223 Rem cartridge is going to do your hunt right. Its 62 grain projectile is a soft point, with a molecularly fused copper jacket that both balances it in flight and adheres tightly to its core during penetration. The Fusion bullet’s also owes its great strength to its pressure formed core, which is exposed at its skived tip to bring about colossal expansion before it rests within its target. This bullet offers a boat tail design which flattens out its trajectory for smooth sailing downrange.Once emptied, this round’s brass casing is ready to be reloaded. Its sensitive primer and uniform propellant both do their part to let you know where you’re going to place your shot. This round is a fine way to enjoy your AR in the woods, and with a whole case of them that can happen a lot.
