Each of these .243 Winchester rounds is armed with the Non-Typical Soft Point projectile which distinguishes itself from other bullets via its concentric copper jacket and low-drag ogive. As the bullet enters a deer, it will begin expanding from the tip in a controlled manner that allows it to penetrate thick hide and bone while creating a large-diameter wound tunnel.
