This is 308 Silver Bear 145gr. Full Metal Jacket Ammo. This ammo is manufactured by JSC Barnaul Machine-Tool Plant in Russia. Barnaul is considered to be the premier ammunition factory in Russia, and it supplies most of the ammo to the Russian Military. This ammo has a unique Zinc plated steel case, which gives you all the characteristics of nickel plated brass, at a fraction of the cost. Since this ammo is zinc plated, it functions much smoother than any other steel cased ammo. This ammo is 100% non-corrosive and the primer is sealed for moisture protection. It comes packed in 20rd. boxes, 500rds. per case.

With this ammo I have not had a fail to feed or eject yet I love the bears ammo no problems and it does what I need it to do when I need it to do it. I bought 1400 rounds in a single transaction. My Bushmaster 308 ORC has run flawlessly with this ammo. In terms of whether its dirty or not I cannot comment as I have yet to fire a single round or mag or Brass ammo and to be honest probably never will. <br />

I say buy it for all any purpose whether it be Stockpiling, Prepping for SHTF or plinking this ammo is great <br />

140 Rds so far and no problems, what more can you ask for. -

my ptr-91 wouldn't function past 24 or 25 rounds with magtech, but this stuff worked all day long. can't comment on grouping size as i was shooting iron sights at 100 yards. the groups were huge but my eyes aren't calibrated for that far away. they all landed on the torso target though.

This ammo has functioned flawlessly 100%, no misfires, no jams, no nothing but bang! Shoots clean, and groups are good 2-4 through my SOCOM2. Truthfully with the coating it functions just like brass. I will buy more and would recommend it to anyone needing good / cheap 308 ammo.

Got lots 4 inch groups at 100 yards. Sometimes 3 inch at best. <br />
Shoots clean and not bad for fun shoot.
