These 12 gauge rounds from Federal exhibit incredible accuracy that can be utilized for efficient deer hunting, varmint control, and home defense duty! Each of these shotshells begins construction via Federal's own moisture resistant hulls and high-brass heads. The shell is equipped with a non-corrosive Boxer primer and filled with nine 00 buckshot pellets. The pellets are copper plated to protect them from fratricide that could cause flat spotting and under-penetration.

The buckshot is contained within Federal's FliteControl wad which has proven capable of keeping all nine pellets within an IDPA target at 25 yards when fired from a standard 18.5 inch length barrel. The wad's design achieves this by exiting the muzzle with the shot and maintaining tight package that goes unmarred by the choke. After a few yards of flight, the wad catches air and slides off to the rear leaving the shot cloud to fly forward in an extremely tight pattern. This results in extended range and devastating terminal effect that will drop game or threats with unparalleled efficiency.
