The 25-35 Winchester was introduced alongside the Winchester Model 1894, making it one of the very first smokeless propellant North American sporting rifle cartridges. Its high velocity, flat trajectory and low recoil made it popular for its time, although it wouldn’t remain as common as its contemporary, the 30-30 Win. A bit hard to find 25-35 ammo these days. Fortunately, Hornady LEVERevolution still offers a suitable option for antique rifles.
