I have used this ammunition for years on large game (elk) and smaller game (antelope) in New Mexico. When you use this ammo on a short shot, 100 yards or so, it seems to pass through before it has a chance to expand. On a long shot, say, 350-400 yards or more, it does expand and has great knock down power at the greater distances. Tell Turkey Surprise to get out of his tree stand and let his deer run a ways before he locks in on it!! He will still knock it down if he can hit it a 400+ yards

Excellent accuracy, but does not expand on deer. Although I've got no expansion, every deer shot has dropped instantly.
