45-90 WCF

The 45-90 Winchester Central Fire (aka 45-90 WCF) is a type of 45-90 Express cartridge, which itself is a modern adaptation of the 45-90 Sharps. It was designed for Winchester’s Model 1886 and 1885 rifles, and loaded with 90 grains of powder and a 300 grain projectile. The 45-90 WCF is rare nowadays, though still effective for hunting all North American large game.
